Ready, Set, Book It

Book It

This yearbook workshop will be intense and fast moving. You will see the latest yearbook styles, trends and techniques. Discussions, presentations, and lectures will be aimed at one goal: to create and plan an outstanding yearbook for 2014. Your staff will learn about theme, design, marketing, finance, digital photography, InDesign, Photoshop, Online Design, and much more. Each school will have the opportunity to work with a professional cover design artist as well as theme development and design. There will be individual attention for each school. Come ready to create your 2014 yearbook.

"Planning, training, and tons of support.  Those are the first words that come to mind.  My students and I get lots of great ideas to start developing our theme, numerous training sessions on everything from photography to layouts and design, and support from a host of experts.  Students learn so much!  I can't imagine starting the year without yearbook camp."

"The best thing that we get out of camp is some strong ideas, a ready to go theme, and a front cover. Plus, it puts my leadership team on the same page so we are ready to start running when school starts."

"The workshop is a great opportunity for my staff to not only bond, but plan next year's book. The sessions allow students to delve deeper into the components that make an award-winning yearbook, and this sparks innovative ideas each year for our staff. It is an invaluable part of our process and something the kids look forward to each year."
